KOUNOU COFFEE, a specialty coffee brand, announces its inaugural Roasting Masters Cup 2024, set for September 12 in Osaka. Following their successful debut at CAFERES JAPAN 2024, this competition aims to showcase top roasters’ skills while highlighting Ethiopian and Yunnan coffee beans. Twenty professional roasters will compete, blending both origins to create unique profiles. The event aligns with KOUNOU COFFEE’s mission to promote high-quality specialty coffee and strengthen industry connections. Registration is open until August 30, with a grand prize of a roast degree measuring device. This competition further establishes KOUNOU COFFEE’s presence in the Japanese specialty coffee market.
